Policy

Feel free to contact us any time between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, or anytime for emergency work. If we are out of the office please leave a message and we will get right back to you. we operate on a first come, first serve basis. Depending on the time of year please allow 1-2 weeks to get your bid and work completed. If it is an emergency situation we will respond immediately. The sooner in the year you schedule an estimate the sooner we will get the work completed as most wait until late summer to schedule our services. By August or September it can take a month to get your project completed as that is often the busiest time of year for us. We look forward to working with you.
